DIU and JU Sign MoU to Foster Academic and Research Collaboration
Daffodil International University and Jahangirnagar University have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to enhance mutual cooperation in education, research, seminars, and workshops, particularly in the supervision of PhD, MPhil, and MS students.
Professor Dr. Md. Abdur Rob, Treasurer of Jahangirnagar University, and Professor Dr. S. M. Mahbub Ul Haque Majumder, Pro-Vice Chancellor of Daffodil International University, signed the agreement on behalf of their respective institutions. Vice Chancellor of Jahangirnagar University, Professor Dr. Md. Kamrul Ahsan, emphasized that this collaboration will broaden opportunities for teachers, students, and researchers to exchange knowledge and expertise.
The event was graced by the Vice Chancellor, Pro Vice Chancellor, and Treasurer of Jahangirnagar University, along with other distinguished guests and senior officials. Representing DIU were the Pro Vice Chancellor, the Deans of different faculties, and senior officials. This MoU is expected to open new avenues for academic excellence, innovation, and institutional partnership.
